My wife and I bought two cars at the same time, and we dealt with the entire Hagan family, both at their new location in Chatham, as well as their location in Girard. Andrew Hagan and his parents were extremely helpful through the whole process. Andrew coordinated everything we asked for (test drives, car fax reports, etc.) quickly and professionally. Andrew's parents were also very polite and helpful.
I felt like I always received honest and thorough answers about every car I wanted to check out. Once we chose vehicles that we wanted, Andrew and the dealership was very accommodating and assisted us through the entire sale process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. There were a few fairly minor issues with the cars post-sale (like with any used car). Andrew always got back to me and completely took car of all of the issues, either himself, or through one of the dealers/shops he regularly uses. I have already recommended the Hagan's dealerships to people I've talked to who are looking for cars for all of the reasons written above, and I would highly recommend Andrew Hagan and his family if you are in search of a used car. I looked at many other dealerships, and none of them came close to the Hagan's in terms of earning my trust, and the level of...
Read moreWe bought a car from this dealer. We were told the vehicle had a “clean carfax” and was in excellent shape. We bought it, brought it home and 2 mechanics shook their heads at us. The body repair guy pointed out the significant body repair to ALL 4 sides of it. The auto mechanic pointed out the structural damage. It can not be aligned. They both said a “clean Carfax” doesn’t mean anything. People can pay cash for repairs and if it’s not reported, it never makes it to the Carfax report. I called Carfax and they said the same thing, too bad so sad.
I read the other negative reviews about this dealership, and also the replies to every complaint from the dealership, dismissing the negative reviews. I presume this review will be objected to in similar fashion. This dealership is the classic used car lot that people distrust, and for a very good reason. Consider yourself warned. They said 90% of their business is internet sales. If they’ll lie straight to our faces, you’d better believe they’ll lie over...
Read moreI bought a 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. I reported back to the salesman that it had some vibration in the front end. He assured me this was rust in the rotors and it would clear up with some hard braking. Being that we were both military vets I believed him. The vibration has since only gotten worse and takes the enjoyment out of driving the car. It is approaching November 2015 now and the car still has temporary plates (second pair) due to them not even filing for them until after I had called when the first set expired. Now the car sits it my driveway and will not even start. Awesome. Thanks Girard motors. Never felt more taken...
