7-Eleven — Local services in Gladstone

I only go to this location when I don't want to drive further it's proximity to me is it's only value to me. The employees are nice one day rude the next I can't tell if the woman hates me or likes me. She'll be like hola with a smile then the next day she has no time for me I'm looked at like a bug that must be squashed immediately so hurry up and buy. We are totally at their emotional whims. It's not cute or funny please stop take a breath and stop taking your emotions out on the customers we are why you have the job. We know how much you make an hour You're not better than me nor I you. The definition of a lady or gentleman is someone who makes others feel as comfortable as possible when they are around them. This is none of you at all. The fault lies with the franchisee (Fake owner) he thinks he owns something you you don't own the building you don't own the equipment you don't even own the shelving just inventory old inventory you keep scanning in every time there's a audit. You can't even take a candy bar from there without having to pay half the cost to Southland corporation aka 7-11 let alone what you paid to McClain to get the candy bar in the first place you own nothing you are a franchisee the only profits to be made at a 7-Eleven is if you have more than one Location so teach your employees...

Horrible horrible 7-Eleven... Couldn't find a lid for my slurpee that fit so went without.. Got a strawberry cheesecake snack pie that looked delicious. Wrong... Expires in one day, was hard as a rock and the filling was all on one side of it... The ONE employee in the whole store was super super rude, on her phone through our whole transaction. My husband got a hot dog, there was no ketchup out. He told her and she goes oh yeah. It's back by the microwave and waved her arm in the general direction of the cooler and got back on her phone. So so rude, will never go back here. And the hot dog tasted weird. Not sure what was so important on...

I come to this establishment every morning before I go to my job. The older man that works here every morning as well DOES NOT know what he’s doing! He over charges SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

There was also a lady this morning same time working that man THREW my change at me, I thought it was funny till she forgot my 10$ she owed me. In conclusion I got my right amount of change but it was with unnecessary attitude HORRIBLE customer service!

I would give 0 stars if I could! I’m requesting better Management or sadly I’m switching to Another more better one on 82rd!
