I needed a couch. I had set a budget for one and I was on the look out for one. I happened to see a social media post of 989 Furniture for a discontinued Ashley couch, the price was well below what I expected to pay by half! I called and spoke with Josh and bought the couch sight unseen. I was thrilled. Josh was very friendly and transparent about the condition of the couch and the cost and delivery. It had to be delivered from Harrison to Gladwin, then to me in Midland MI. The whole process was very satisfying. This business has excellent customer service. Josh and his crew went above and beyond after store hours to get the couch delivered. They are all amazing humans!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture or appliances. They truly operate...

I bought a living room set from them and got such a good deal on such great quality furniture, plus the customer service is amazing, that I came back the following year and bought a new couch for my basement and a dining room set, plus other items like rugs and end tables! 989 has a great selection of furniture, and it’s local and has great prices! This place is huge. Wall to Wall great deals and I especially liked they had the furniture set up and proudly displayed where you can see the LED lights under the couch, the chair actually massage and has heat and etc.

One thing to read about a feature on a box, another to experience it.
