Unfortunate experience - ordered a liner from them for the first time and it had a hole it in. Reviewed with customer service and they only gave me a minimal refund. Won't be using them again, back to Nice Rink who are great and provide an 'inspected by' sticker on their liners.
CONTD. - Sorry to hear that is your policy. Yes, I was able to shorten my boards and have a smaller rink using the usable portion of the liner. Seemed impractical to return something so large that had a $80 shipping cost, plus I was trying to install before the big week-long freeze and didn't have the luxury of waiting weeks to get a replacement product.
