Where do i start i ordered a custom necklace for mothers day i bought it on the 5th they told it it should take up to 2 weeks for delivery.They also offered a gift with purchase. Now my mother lives in texas and i live in california so i dont see her often which made it more sentimental. The next day i get a email confirming that my package has gone out. Once the package arrived to my moms house i had my family all sit around and when they open the package it was nothing but a bracelet that I did not order what was said to be the gift for purchase. Then I called the company and they told me that they did not have an estimated time to be sent out and then they would let me know in 2 to 3 weeks. Then I just called today and they told me it will take another 2 to 3 weeks I came to the realization that although this company may come from Chicago that their customer service office is clearly not from Chicago everyone seems to have an accident and no one seems to understand me. When I clicked on the link and entered my order number and my email, it said I had entered incorrect information. I called their customer service, and they said the order was not complete, that it was needing verification of the billing address (however the email did not mention anything about needing additional information). I had the rep confirm and updated the order. She said to give it 48 hours to updated. I waited a few days and checked again. And again it gives me an error about incorrect information. I call them back again, and they tell me the order was cancelled the week before due to product unavailability. But they had not sent me any kind of notification nor had they refunded my money. If I had not called them, I would have never received my product and they probably would have kept my money. I do not fault the customer service rep - she was very nice and helpful - and thanks to her I got my money back. If you order from this company, keep all your emails and check on your order...
   Read moreDespite seeing the low ratings/reviews online, I saw a deal I could not refuse on Bradsdeals. I went ahead and ordered two class rings for a great price. When they came after only a few weeks, they were cheap-ish quality, and not exactly as advertised in terms of matching the photo they displayed online. Also, one had a crooked stone, and the other was missing some important black enamel detailing. I sent them back for repair, and they came back with no changes to my eye which was confusing and disappointing. The customer service agreed to take them back for a full refund, including a postage paid shipping label. If it was not for a pretty good customer service experience via phone calls, I would be livid. Limoges, increase your product quality and you would be in better shape I believe. Better craftsmanship and attention to detail go a long way.
P.S. if you order a ring, the silver in my opinion looks better quality than the gold. The gold one I ordered looked much cheaper...
