Verizon — Local services in Glendive

Aly was awesome at the Glendive , Mt store, she was a rockstar. She was working in 103 degree heat with no air conditioning and the place was busy. Get that girl some fans for back up when the air goes down. We went in because my daughters phone was acting up. She sold us two new phones and an apple watch, also two other people phones while I was there and helped multi people with chargers, screen protectors all while we were melting in the store. She never complained and was very polite to us. It would be also nice if you had a water to offer customer as changing out phones takes a long time. But like I stated. Aly...

Went to Verizon today little bit of a wait to get helped. However had awesome experience today. Micheal and gals were professional, and knowledgeable about devices and plans they offer. They helped me get phone/upgrade that I wanted and could afford. Never tried to push something more expensive on me. Unlike experience at Billings store. Love my new phone and I saved money. They helped also with other issues I wanted taken care of on account weren't pushy or rushy even though I was still there after they were suppose to be closed. Had some good laughs too!!...

Christen did several things for me.

He changed my plan to one that is more affordable.

He canceled a phone line I did not need.

He offered Verizon home wifi with thorough price comparisons to Midrivers, Starlink (and, another I don't remember the name of).

He compared phones to upgrade to, when I am more financially stable.

He cleaned my phone and case.

Then, I came back to the store with my mom's phone because it was not receiving calls, nor could she call out. He fixed that problem instantly.
