I AM HERE ON WORK ASSIGNMENT....SO I AM NEW TO THIS TOWN....I AM A TRAVELER....NEVER IN ALL MY TIME TRAVELING HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SO MUCH NON PROFESSIONALISM.... I WAITED AT THE WINDOW FOR 15 MINUTES WITH PEOPLE WALKING BY ME KNOWING THAT I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER....THEY WOULD WALK BY ONE & ONE LOOKING AT ME INSTEAD OF TELLING ME ANYTHING. SO I CALLED THE YOUNGER LADY TO THE WINDOW AND SHE IMMEDIATELY STATED WE CANT TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW. I SAID WELL WHY WOULD YOU ALL WALK BY ME THAT LONG & NOT SAY ANYTHING. SHE STATED HE TOLD ME NOT TOO. I WAS LOST FOR WORDS. I WOULDNT HAVE LET ANYONE SIT LIKE THAT KNOWING IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING THEY NEEDED. I WAS IN AWE! I OWN 2 BUSINESSES & I WOULDNT HAVE DARED TO TREAT (A CUSTOMER) THAT WAY....THINK ABOUT THAT. LITERALLY POOR MANAGEMENT BECAUSE U WOULD TEACH YOUR STAFF TO BE MORE CONSIDERABLE...(SAD)!!! Driving through and was hungry. Found this little place, and it looked good. I ordered the triple bacon cheeseburger. It was the best tasting burger I've had in a while! Borne and raised in Houston,TX I grew up with Whataburger and Dairy Queen. Both of those franchises are mere shells of what they once were. They could stand to take some lessons from y'all. If you are looking for your average small town burger stand this is it. Nothing is amazing but it's not awful either. The entire staff was happy to be at work and just a great bunch of kids.
