Hardman's — Local services in Glenville

Glenville are surrounding area is so fortunate to have our local Hardmans. It's great to have a local store with local people working there..it gives a more personal feel to shopping. Who wants to drive 30 - 45 minutes only to go to a Big Store where no one knows you or cares..all they are interested in is your money. Under their current management the Glenville Hardmans has started carrying a little bit of everything and if they don't have it ....just ask and they will try their best to get it for you. This review is not about the Glenville store. The staff at the Glenville store are decent folks. Trudy Collins, with the corporate office in Spencer was pompous and very condescending. Her poor communication skills have turned me from giving Hardman’s any further business. Her arrogance made any logical/business reasoning/conversation impossible and maddening.
