Please do not purchase a vehicle from this place definitely not recommended I brought a 2008 Denali Yukon from them they wanted 10 grand in total for the truck and a 2500$ down payment. So I been driving the truck but I was supposed to bring it back to get to the catalyst converter replaced and fuel pump checked , so I dropped the truck off came back and got it a couple hours later the truck was doin the same thing and he only replaced the 02 sensors so I complained about it and Leo told me to bring it back so he can get my cats replaced I dropped it off on a Thursday caller him back Friday he said the truck is not done but it will be done guaranteed Monday so I called him Monday he said the truck is still not ready cause he replaced my cats and the new 02 sensors he got is bad and he will have my ready guarantee this week so he texted me at 9:18am Tuesday morning and said come at 10 so I told him ok I will be there i live 1hour 30 minutes away so I get there the lady said my truck is not ready they waiting on a sensor so she just gonna renew my plate on my temporary car that they gave me and the car was having mechanical issues so they told me to test drive another car in the back I went to test drive that car and seen my truck so I went and popped the hood my whole engine was out of my truck nobody ever told me my engine needed to be replaced I was lied too I use the truck to make money towing cars now I barely have no money to pay for the truck every month or insurance they not trying to so with me or anything this is the worst experience I ever had in my life I will be talking to a lawyer i definitely do not recommend this place to anyone unless you can’t the same experience I had and the guy that lied to me his name is Leo he never responds to me to give me an update on my vehicle so I can know when to start back towing I asked them for a rental truck they won’t give me 1 they just keep giving me these old cars that’s having mechanical issues and...

Came there with the money salesman Jose stated his boss was upset with him because he wanted 2500 down but he said that he told his boss he had already informed us 15 and he was a man of his word so we proceeded with the buy! Long story short we had full coverage, car payment was not due and plates were not expired and they came and repossessed it from my job and when the owner found out what was really going on he was nice enough to come pick me up from work in Williamsburg but he wanted the requested 2500 and said we could not get it back! I went into Autoxport and put down almost $3000 and two weeks later the car broke down! I had it looked at by 2 separate mechanics and they informed me the engine was bad. The owner Marco was very rude and lead me on to think I could get another car when I went to pick the car up he said I owed him a payment for the car, for it sitting mechanic shop, of course, I refused to make that payment and I was very upset that he lied he said he didn't like my tone and called the police on me he said he was not giving my money back or another car and that I needed to take him to court, and that he didn't care and I could never come back.
