"I am writing this review as a warning to other parents. My daughters danced at this studio for 6 years, but unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. The owner was often controlling, negative, and drama-prone, often talking behind people's backs. Many parents complained about her and the poor management of the business. She would ask parents to post positive reviews to boost her ratings, which is manipulative. Despite this, many parents came to me privately to express their dissatisfaction with the studio. The billing system was also unreliable, with incorrect payments and delayed communication. Coaches would often verbally abuse certain students, which led some to stop dancing altogether. I was also shocked to see coaches drinking alcohol during competitions and events, including at a hotel where they were supposed to be supervising children. Growing up dancing, having a parent that’s a dancer and then having several of my children dance I can say this was a very disappointing experience for both my daughter (company dancer) and my son (dancer with special needs). The parents are not greeted kindly nor are the dancers treated equally. I know well that with dance comes many personalities and passion, but please become very involved and be sure your dancer is being treated kindly and remember you are paying for services!
