Went in there today 5-20-25 I asked the employee does she have anymore lettuce cause I didn’t want the brown lettuce. This liar looked me in my face and said that was all she had didn’t look for no lettuce. So when I first came in she was sitting down texting on her phone when she should have been cleaning the frequent dirty tables restocking the food. I sat in and ate just to catch her lying. The other lady came and guess what she did restock the lettuce. The manager came in and restocked the lettuce.As soon as I seen that I got up asked for the manager I told her what happened then she gonna say and she was probably lying I told her to hold it till Thursday and the reason why I said the manager lied cause she just refilled the lettuce before I said something. #1 BOTH OF THEM LIED #2 IF THEY WILL LIE THEY WILL STEAL #3 THEY WILL CHEAT. I live in Virginia but I am from Goldsboro and do visit often and go to the BX on Seymour every time. I’m always able to find something to buy. The employees have also always been very kind.

Here is where customer service goes beyond. I called the BX because I was having an issue reaching the base legal office. The operator or associate at the BX was so kind to me and so helpful. She asked me did I have a landline and as it so happened I still did. She suggested I called using the landline instead of my mobile phone and it worked!!!! I joked with her that not too many people have landlines and wondered how they would get through.

But thank you to the wonderful woman who helped me with my quest to reach the base legal office…....

I'm never one to complain about a cashier but this one I'm really fed up with. She was super rude and paid no mind to me and kept playing with the tape holder as if there wasn't a line forming. Looked at me then went back to messing with the tape. This isn't my first encounter with her. She has always been quite rude to me. Honestly not trying to play the race card but whe I show up she always asks me for my ID but I never hear her ask for anyone else's that doesn'tlook like me.
