I've bought equipment in the past, but let me tell you something; this has genuinely been the best experience I've ever had buying anything. I called about 2 months ago and talked to the sales associate named Colby.. I asked questions about the bad boy series mowers and got a "well enough" answer, unsure if its really what i was in the market for (and I told him that) I said I'd think about it and said goodbye. I shopped all other places and brands. But availability seemed to be a issue. So I though I'd call back and no kidding, right off the bat he remembered our conversation from months ago.I'm now the proud owner of a "Bad Boy" ZT Elite Residential mower and the major selling point of Pineco Tractor & Equipment Company isn't the availability of product (they have equipment that many places are sold out of) if they do not have it they will order anything for you. It isn't the price point which was more than a fair deal. It was the people that went out of their way to make sure I could operate the machine, understood the limitations of the capacity with the equipment, and maintenance information thats included in the pamplet. Never have I ever had service like this! The attention to detail and questions they had to place me on a piece of equipment that fully fit my needs really makes me feel that they have my best interest at heart. After a 5 point inspection Colby, another man and myself get the mower loaded and I make the 45 minute trek home and I get it unloaded. I make a few passes and its getting dark so I decide to park it. What a day! The next morning about 09:00 I recieve a call and its Colby checking to see if I got it unloaded ok and if I had used it yet! I don't know if it's company policy or if I just have the best associate in the world but honestly they make me feel like family. The follow through of this sales associate is unparalleled. Had been looking for the right tractor for myself for about 7 months. Narrowed down to 3 brands. Mahindra , Kabota, and Yanmar. Test drove diffrent brands as I traveled. Lots of U-tube footage. CHAD listened to my needs as a first time buyer with limited experience and put me on 2 different sub compacts did some basic written estimates and suggested I think about it a few days and compare the on paper stats of all the other brands I'd collected. Even had me research the diffrent transmissions which never crossed my mind. I went back 2 weeks later after testing another Yanmar tractor close to Pineco. Although it was a great Yanmar it didn't turn as tight or fit me quite as well as the Mahendra. Yanmar also,while they wanted to work with me, could not come close to the package price Pineco gave and would have to order some impliments of different brands. I've now had my Emax 22 Gear for 3 weeks. Amazing machine. Feels like a Hybrid Bulldozer/goat. Have used the rear finish mower on several acres of 3 foot grass and am building a tank dam with the loader while digging a pit to expand the dam. Next I'll try the box blade. The tractor has so far done more than I have expected of it and I am very happy with it. Pineco stood by there very reasonable estimate and threw in the box blade to seal the deal. On delivery I found several upgrades that are not usually on that model. CHAD even offered a seat with armrest that I had to turn down because the rest would chafe my elbows. There were 2 issues after delivery. Forgot to bing box blade and storage tube for owners manual was not installed. CHAD got right on it to correct everything. There is no substitute for integrity or great customer service. I purchased a Mahindra tractor and a Bad Boy zero turn mower from Pineco in Kerens. Chad, his father, family and service staff are truly a 5-Star team. Their prices are great but that alone doesn't earn my ranking, it is the service after the sale for years now that is so incredible and why I recommend you buy from them.
