Unique Boutique — Local services in Goshen Township

Awful, just awful service. Came in three weeks ago, bought a $64 exus snap (found exus snaps for $20 online FYI), found out the snap does not have the cartridge size I need.

I came back to return it the next day. Evan, an employee at the store, said they could exchange it for a snap that would fit my size, and that it would be there in a week.

A week and a half goes by, I return to the store and it’s not in. Evan said it’s going to be another week. Still not in. When I asked to speak with the manager, Evan was extremely rude (good salesmanship).

The store has a small print sign that says “no exchanges, refunds, etc. and it’s not even posted by the register. Funny how they don’t mention that at checkout.

Overall - the Stock is overpriced. The customer service is awful (Evan was smoking as he was telling me “we don’t do the ordering, you have a job. I have a job.” lol?). Do not spend your money here. I recommend the elite store in Clifton as well as the “on the hill” in Batavia.

I can honestly say that i have been here a few times, and it is a great experience due to the crazy selection that they have available. To be fair the staff is great, and super nice to anyone and everyone. Its a shame though that the only reason i would go back is in case of an emergency. The prices here are just so through the roof, and so outrageous that its more of a hassle then anything. There are pieces here that you can go elsewhere and save a tremendous amount of money. There are products that are the same exact way. To be fair i do have to say that it is an amazing experience though. I can say the first time i ever stepped foot into the shop i simply was mesmerized, due to the selection and amazing peices they do have. Its a lot to take in. So yes if you have never been please go to see, but if you do want to lose your arm or leg trying to get a piece there are better places to go...

Good Vibes ! I can't say enough about these guys. In fact, I would say more, and I would probably give them 5 stars, if I frequented enough. But I haven't gone very often over the last few years , but I did go last night and as usual there's someone there to greet you right away. They are very helpful and knowledgable and they pretty much let you have your privacy as you walk around, until you need them, and they're always available. One thing I really appreciate is when I go to a place & it's a positive friendly attitude & it's even better when you know that their persona is authentic. For as long as Unique Boutique has been in business, they always strive to make sure you leave the place just a little happier than when you came in.
