Hours are posted on the door, 830am open 930pm close. I'm out front at 907am and they are closed... Thursday... wtf? Update... went to grocery store instead. Passed this same location on the way home... 1001am and still closed? Guess if they're not open early enough then they don't have to worry about a breakfast option. Used to love this location. New owners should sell this franchise to someone who cares about they're customers and not just making a dollar... make your own samiches let this location go bankrupt. They'll get a bailout and open a gas station. Seems to be the growing trend. Update... called this location and the person I talked to said "we are open now" and told me they open at 9am. I stated that the door has 830am posted. They tried telling me they didn't have power due to the weather. They had power at this location at 907am when I first stopped by and later same lights were on when I passed on my way home. Subway used to be a cheapish place to get good food but now a days they're over priced and ran by greedy, rude, foreigners. I think I'll not be giving them my business any longer. Not just this location but in general. Update... I frequent the shop next to this location, and I have witnessed them cleaning the lobby. Thought to myself, at least they keep things clean. Then I realized they would wipe down the seats and then the table with the same towel. I don't agree with this. Read moreIf giving a place no stars was an option that would be preferred. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location. They only offer the coupon online so I ordered online. As I ordered and am waiting on my food they are taking care of everyone in the store as I’m sitting at the table waiting on my order. Then the app tells me my order is ready, and when I went up she was rude about it say it wasn’t ready and continued to help the people in line in the store. Then I asked if I could at least get the cups for my drink, and she said you’ll have to wait. So I continue waiting. As I’m waiting the line keeps growing and it’s taking them FOREVER to get sandwich’s made and out. Another lady walked in and had 20 minutes to get to work, they were also angry with how long it was taking. Between getting there and waiting on my food it took an hour which is absolutely unacceptable. Then I leave and on the app there was no place to put no marinara on the sandwich I went in a politely asked where I’m suppose to put on the app that I would not like Mariana if there’s no button and he began raising his voice and throwing his arms stating “we don’t make the app” EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreI frequent this location because its convenient. Today i ordered $32 worth of food, i arrived and every fountain drink is empty or "out of order" except coke, coke zero, and dr pepper. I ordered 2 sprite fountain drinks and the lady refused to switch the drink from fountain to bottled sprite. "It's more expensive" - i really don't care about to price, it's the unwillingness to fix a problem at their restraunt. My children dont drink the available fountain options (like i said, i ordered sprite)
I, as the consumer, am not responsible for you not ordering your drinks on time from your vendor. No matter the reason, its simply not my fault. I left my $4 worth of cups sitting on the counter as i couldnt get what I paid for!
