Expensive no specials and the fact that people that hadn't played session all day can come in and start playing is beyond me and they call to fast will not be back 🙃 around here people doesn't have the kind of money there looking for other bingo halls stay busy fully packed because they know what kind of area this is and the fact of the matter calling so fast is a big turn off me and my friend won't be back paper is reasonable but your odds are multiple machines u not gonna win and plus I saw a lady in the back had so many machines marianna is limited to 1 its not fair order its expensive rather go to marianna and spend way less and have a fair chance plus 15 a machine is insane I don't expect them to be open much longer the games are fun yes the workers are great but the prices are ridiculous I can go to Joe's which I love and buy a 6 pack with everything for 2.00 why would we spend 15.00 on one machine and people have like 20 on there table ridiculous and unfair.Sunday was our last day can't even load machines and barely any cards on there marianna it is for machines plus the tables are smashed together me and my husband was told cannot sit there its overflow baby you never gonna get overflow all them empty tables I give you 6 months and I will be waiting...

Crooked establishment sat two tables away and they seen us sitting there which was allegedly a closed section. They didn’t walk up and tell us we were sitting in the wrong place for a whole 10 minutes until we went to play a game. One lady said it was OK just to move seats the next game the next lady came up and told us we were in the wrong seat we told her we would move as soon as the game was over we didn’t realize we were not supposed to sit there and we apologized for it again. She asked if we needed change and kept talking while we were trying to mark our cards. So I had to mark I 25 for the person who was with me and my card because she was talking and giving change. She seen us Mark I 25 went up and told the caller to take it off of the board. Then we win the coverall I 25 hasn’t been called she seen us mark it and she did not want us to win. Very disappointed in how management decided to handle and compensate customers during electric issues tonight. The display of unprofessionalism and combative nature to a dedicated customer was very shocking. When dedicated customer brought valid concerns to management she was met with an argumentative response which was not only inappropriate,but extremely offensive. The lack of respect and the poor communication skills that management displayed has damaged the overall experience at Graceville City Bingo. As a dedicated customer, I was expecting to be nearly equally compensated for the unforeseen circumstances at no fault of the customer,however instead I received little to no compensation as well as loss of trust at my overall experience at Graceville City Bingo.
