9/23/22 Got dinner from deli another item Check I believe lane 2 Requested the young man bagging plz don't put the dinner box in bag sideways make the foods spill.. Cashier blonde you g told me off ..I'm 63 years old...I was told I had an attitude when I walked up.. Umm n heat w cattle horse come get dinner..said ONLY I have chg hold..never spoke..until I ask not to set dinner box upside sideways and ruin the meal..I don't deserve that treatment..youn lady was very rude..I asked to speak w mgr told fem mgr..I doubt anything will be done...I will never go in that store again..teach your baggers how to load cakes n dinners of such..no respect...

Service here has really gone down. Use to be one of the best grocery stores to shop at. Now you sack your own groceries most of the time because kids are to busy talking and trying to get out of working. Darlon and Lynn would have had a fit to see a customer sack their own groceries and push the cart out into the parking lot. Now it's becoming the norm. Most of the managers are good and helpful, but the one older guy is Rude and anything but helpful, bothers him if you ask about something. Most of the cashier's are friendly, meat department is very helpful...

United is hands down the best grocery store around! The cashiers and baggers are always in a great mood—helpful, pleasant, and make every shopping trip an enjoyable experience. I don’t think I’ve ever been there without seeing a manager walking around, which shows they truly care about their store and customers. The pharmacy team is also fantastic, providing excellent service every time. It’s clear that United prioritizes customer experience, and it shows in every department. Keep up...
