Eastern Buffet — Restaurant in Graham

OK... So this is a difficult review for me to do. On the one hand, I like the fact I never have to wait for a table... but if folks actually read my review, I may have to start making a reservation!! 1.) Quality... Let's start with the quality. In most buffets, the food quality, the cuts of meat and vegetables, are at best mediocre. Not here!! The food quality in every single respect is absolutely top shelf!! Excellent cuts of meat, fresh and perfectly crisp vegetables, the presentation and sauces are impeccable, and the flavor profiles better than most specialty restaurants! 2.) Value... mind boggling!! Most people would find it challenging to produce meals at home for the price of the buffet!! Given the quality, it would still be a bargain if it were twice as expensive, but recognizing their location, the restaurant has hit the perfect price point and is a great value for the money!! 3.) Authenticity... When you're talking about a restaurant featuring international cuisine, you want to know how legit the food is. I've lived and worked in China, and this could be in Southern China and wouldn't be out of place. The flavor profiles are excellent and that reliably. 4.) Overall Experience... I drive 30 miles to go to this restaurant regularly, and that despite there being a Chinese restaurant not 400 yards from my house. It's that good. Ni How Ma!! (Greetings Everyone) This is a very wonderful place to dine, have meetings, birthday parties, etc; no matter the size of your group, this is the place to have Wonderful Eastern Cuisine! They even have southern battered fish (that isn't overly fishy in taste ^_^) to couple with down home potato slices that are sure to be a big hit! The Soups are also delicious! There are numerous main course items and the vegetable selection is great! They also have various fruits, Ice Cream, Cheese Cake (evenings & weekends), pudding, tapioca, etc for deserts.. & for something different, check out their menu & take one home to peruse at your leisure! No matter what you order, you are sure to be pleased! The atmosphere is pleasant and the Staff are Friendly and Very Helpful! It's on the main road in such an excellent location! My family & I have eaten here since they opened and we choose no place else for Eastern Cuisine ever since!!! Thank You Eastern Buffet for Coming...

The only thing they said to me was “what to drink” I got “Mongolian beef” disgusting. The egg rolls were cold in the middle. The lo mein was mushy noodles and they were dry. I didn’t even finish one plate. Lunch buffet is $7.86. My total was $12. And I didn’t even get a “how was your food” I walked up to the counter, no ticket nothing, he said “12 dollars” and hands out his hand to try to take my card. I asked for an itemized reciept, I was ignored. He grabs my card runs it. I again ask for an itemized receipt, he aggressively points to the tip line and for me to sign. I sign my receipt and once more ask for an itemized receipt, he points to the tip line once more. I put $0 for the tip and walked out. ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in this town. How people eat there and think it is good food is beyond me. I could have spent less money...
