Buyer beware. Once the sale is done, you find out what you bought is not what you thought. Perhaps a misunderstanding, not too sure. The salesman called and yelled at me and then hung up on me. He did call to apologize, but I feel no trust. This was just the beginning of the cluster. Trying to get a phone call from these people is unbelievable, I called the company number listed, asking for a call and nothing. When the tractor was delivered, the driver went out of his way to get it here by the quoted time even tho his paperwork said the next day. And now we find we have no owners manual. For the money spent, I'm really disappointed with their customer service and the treatment I received. I hope the tractor is better than my experience so far. Update. Mr Paul Garrett refuses to send the owners manual unless I remove the review. He said we are stupid people and hung up again! I would really like for the owner to contact me and get this issue resolved and move on. Is he the owner? I don't know. Seems no one will be of assistance to us.

Read moreWe were customers of Three Rivers Equipment who we bought a zero turn and a massey ferguson sub compact from earlier this year. After several months of trying to get a part and title for a trailer and not being called back or followed up with, we found out yesterday 8/29/23 that 3 rivers was being shut down and had all their accounts with massey and bad boy revoked/repossessed. I called around trying to find a dealer that could do warranty work on a massey and while on the phone with Spencer in sales and another guy in service I was blown away by their knowledge and professionalism at that moment I decided although I had only had my massey for roughly 4 months that I wanted to look into trading it in for a slightly bigger machine. And without any pressure from Spencer or anyone else it took less than 24 hours and we traded in the massey and bought a new tractor and UTV. Everyone from the top down did everything in their power to get us a package price that was well within our budget. After dealing with awful service from 3 rivers the folks here have a customer for life. If you are a former 3 rivers client I recommend giving Granbury Tractor and turf you business or at least give a chance you won't regret...

I took my Bad Boy mower in for service as they admitted to being a service center for Bad Boy. My mower was running rough and suspected a bad piston. The first disappointment was that my shiny garage kept/clean mower was left out in the blistering heat for over a month while they did nothing but give empty promises. When i discovered this it was already faded and filthy. Service could see/hear my frustration and promised that Bad Boy Rep was coming to diagnose problem. Weeks later after I call again they tell me it’s a bad motor and $3k + to replace. Seriously doubt rep even looked at it. I informed them I’ll come and get it. No sooner than I get home I get a call from sales trying to sell me new Bad Boy. I had no interest in ever doing business with them again. I take my mower elsewhere for second opinion and discover all it needed was a “Valve adjustment”!!! It’s been running fine ever since.
