KO Storage — Local services in Granby

WARNING- Do NOT rent a unit here!!! They advertise that they have cameras, but they don’t work. Units are broken into and robbed here constantly, but getting them to even attempt to assist the police is like pulling teeth. Even the cops state they have a hard time getting them to cooperate. Getting ahold of them, or getting someone to return your call about the issue is near impossible. Go someplace with cameras and security measures, it’s not worth losing your things!

Update- there was a worker there recently at KO who stated they were aware that the cameras do not work and that the units are run down, but unfortunately they cannot get the district manager to do anything about the issues. Stated they have tried and tried but no one...

Do not recommend, I have a storage there and I went there to get something out of it today. When I opened it,my unit was trashed and everything of valuable was gone. The saddest part is its not the price of the items stolen but the sentiment behind them everything I had left of my mom that I lost a year and a half ago is gone.
