The Grand Luxury Apartments and Homes — Local services in Granby

My husband and I moved in about two weeks ago. Alanna has been most helpful and professional since the day we toured the community. With her help, the whole move-in process was a breeze, despite our request for an earlier date.

The apartment has been well cleaned and well equipped. We love the modern look of the entire apartment and the view of hills from our bedroom. The sound proofing is definitely well done. We barely hear our neighbors. Even my mother, who is very sensitive to sounds, commented about the quietness, when she visited us. Water pressure is top-notch. Everything is well designed, not just having the appearance.

The entire complex is just the right size for us, big enough to have a feeling of community and also small enough not to feel crowded. We really love that the complex is on the 202 but also slightly distant from it and that the complex drive way has its "own" traffic light, making getting in and out quite easy and safe.

The location cannot be more convenient. There is a supermarket just minutes away. YMCA just next door. A Grass Root ice cream and restaurants in Granby center within 5-10 minutes up north and all Simsbury has to offer 10 or 15 minutes down south. A newer Wholefoods 20 minutes as well... We are still discovering and have pleasant...

The perfect community for our family. From finding and touring with the real estate agent, Becky, who was absolutely phenomenal, to finalizing, inspection and moving in with Andrew/Gail who made sure things went smoothly, we love this home!

The property is kept beautifully with high expectations for compliance of community members—which allows everyone to continue to have pride in where they live. Andrew is the best there is when it comes to managing luxury properties—we get timely responses to any repairs needed, and he is communicative of events and needs. He does a wonderful job given the capacity of the community.

We have loved living at The Grand. It is a beautiful community that is well kept. It is clean, well landscaped, well positioned for commuting, but still has a feeling of quiet and serenity. There are so many wonderful amenities that we enjoy: Fiber Optic internet, access to the Rail Trail and the Farmington Valley YMCA, and the dog park. The pool is always clean and the grounds are immaculate. Management responds quickly to requests and any repairs we have asked for have been taken care of that day. There is a wonderful feeling of community and the owners host events that are very enjoyable to attend.
