Came in to get some pricing done on my audio system and looking at my system, the owner said if I didn’t mind he would like to do some adjustments to my amp, I asked how much would that cost me ? He said nothing .... so he adjusted my amp and when he was done my system sounded louder And clearer than when I first got there !!!

I came in to get some quotes and in leaving I was absolutely impressed by this man’s knowledge that I am scheduling a future appointment to have bigger gauge wire positive and negative and anything else that will make my car pound harder ....

Stand by their product. Bought a alpine S-w12 that seemed to have fried the voice coil. User error or defective part I'm not sure but I do know they did warranty it out. They Just asked the basics of what amp and what ohm i had it at. I told them and then with in 10 mins I had a new speaker to replace it. I also even got to talk to them, about possible causes, they gave me some pointers on what could have cause it. Like amp clipping. Told me what I should do to set it right. I really do Appreciate them and tech audio is where i will be going for all of my future purchases...

Exceptional Service!!! Just received a stereo from Jim this last Friday!!! Tried to get my old stereo fixed, it was gone!!! Jim consistently says, "I'm not here to take your money". It set me up with a budget Kenwood radio that works excellent!!! Today, after I set the time, I set the colors, but the sunlight faded out my reds!!!
