Driver License Examiners Office (DMV) — Local services in Grand Island

In the fours years I have been in NE Everytime I have needed to go into the DMV the staff are rude, condescending, and almost hostile to the people there. I have been told I couldn't get my DL because I didn't have proof of my legal identity, although I had my out-of-state driver's license, my social security card, my birth certificate, and a certified copy of my divorce decree two pieces of mail and was told that was not enough. Mi experiencia en este lugar la peor que he tenido no logro entender que en una oficina que se atienden tantos latinos no haya una persona que hable español de antemano se que en este país hay que hablar inglés pero soy recién llegada y como yo muchos latinos que llegan a este país necesitan los servicio del DMV las personas que trabajan en esta oficina desde que le dices que no hablas inglés es como si vieran al diablo y te tratan de la peor forma posible te patean te humillan y te degradan a un nivel que no te quedan ganas de regresar a este lugar esta experiencia le he vivido ya en este lugar por más de 3 ocasiones primero con mi esposo y luego con dos amistades mías y no hemos sido los únicos hispanos en enfrentar estos malos tratos qué no quiero decir que son de racismo para no tener que enfrentarlos ante una corte si pudiéramos ir a otra oficina con gusto lo hiciéramos aunque tenga que recorrer millas de distancia les di una estrella pq sin ninguna no...
