Not sure who trained this employee, but that was the WORST process I have ever seen! Instead of fixing sandwiches for one customer and getting them in and out, she made sandwiches for 4 customers in a row then finally after 15minutes, started to ring us up at the register and had no idea what we had gotten! Her fingernails were so long, she couldn't pull anything apart, so it took literally minutes to pull apart meat!!! One customer behind all of us just up and left. This was ridiculous! Then when counting change, she was there for a long time because she couldn't figure out how much change to give herself for a tip! If she was new, she needed another person there to help.
