She provided resources that we would have had trouble finding on our own and welcomed us back to continue guiding us on our way to perfecting our homes routine to health. This makes the 2nd attempt to search and buy a product from this store. First time in person and the associate was very unfriendly in her approach to provide information, the second time was over the phone and the phone etiquette was the same demeanor as in store difference was, I called to check for a specific brand not to be told about unwanted additional spew about backed by 3rd party scientific mumbo jumbo. The customer service is ridiculous. Attempting to purchase a single item and the person helping initiated conversation about the weather. When my positive feedback wasn't agreeable she insulted me physically and then insisted I should understand that weather is a trigger for her trauma.
