On August 22th I called Snow's Floral to order an arrangement of flowers for very special Uncle's funeral. I had looked at several at several pictures on Snow's website & found in their photos the absolute beautiful, perfect arrangement, even though it was full of pink, white roses as well as pink carnations it was exactly perfect because pink and white roses were his most favorite flowers as long as I could remember, growing up I was very close to my Uncle so these flowers reminded me of him. The woman who I spoke to was very helpful, friendly assured me they'd have the bouquet ready and dropped off at the funeral home in time for visitations and funeral following morning. I was happy and relieved I'd found perfect arrangement, good customer service, now it was time to pack drive the 1000 miles. ABSOLUTE stunned look at the flowers that had been made and delivered from Snow's. I seriously thought there must be a mistake possibly funeral director had pick up the wrong card. After funeral was finished, I walked over to the arrangement and card , yes this was the correct card to arrangement. The arrangement was NOT ONLY UGLY but was NOTHING of what I ordered, all flowers were yellow there was only 3 roses, rest was yellow daisies and teeny tiny white carnations. Needless to say I was furious and thank goodness I was there in person to actually see this horrific, ugly arrangement otherwise I would never have known this was actually the total opposite of what I'd ordered, to top it off, when I was on the phone placing the order, the manager had asked me did I want to upgrade to premium for 20.00 that would add more flowers to the arrangement, she also had know exactly what I wanted because while on the phone she pulled it up on their website page of what I wanted. First thing I did the next morning took a ride to Snow's, I was still steaming furious but composed to make an in person complaint wanting an explanation and or refund. Women at the counter brought up my order, said her manager was the one who took order. I politely showed her the picture of what was made & delivered to what I had ordered from their website. This is her response: "Well, there was a lot of flowers being made for that funeral and the one you picked out was more feminine looking and since this was a man's funeral we changed the colors and arrangement. manager isn't here today but she can call you on Monday." My Response: Thank you for your response, however, it's unacceptable. First of all, this was not even close to what I ordered, no one e contacted me about changing any part of my order. Second, look at how large and many flowers in the arrangement I ordered and compare it to the ugliest arrangement only have 3 half wilted roses in it, I was embarrassed, humiliated at what was delivered. She took my phone number saying she'll definitely have manager call me on Monday, I texted her a picture of the arrangement that was delivered.
Guess what month later STILL NO RESPONSE NO CONTACT OR COMMUNICATION from anyone from Snow's, especially the Manager who was supposed to call me with explanation and refund. if you have a business the advertises and provides a service and people pay You order and want but your business not only took my money, advertise on your website that provides photos of arrangement options. Then this business doesn't provide the product that was discussed and paid for that's called Fraud all day long. Under No circumstances would I recommend to 'Anyone' to do ANY business with this Floral shop. They don't provide what they advertise to public, make changes and decisions to what you've order without authorization to you as the paying customers. They don't deliver what the advertise, they do not follow through with customer makes a complaint when given phone number, photos when assured manager would definitely refund and call.

They really listened to what my requests were and went above and beyond with the details on everything that I asked for. I couldnāt get enough of their arrangements and so I get a bouquet delivered on a regular basis. The arrangements are stunning, high quality flowers and they always come with a beautiful vase. Each one lasts me for over a week! Definitely 10/10 recommend them to anyone who is looking...
