This was taken straight from an email today: Adrienne, It is bittersweet to be cancelling your wonderful service! Meals on Wheels was a godsend to our family, both for my Mother and my Father.

You provide a much needed community assistance for those precious folks who can no longer take care of themselves - and I thank you sincerely. All of your staff has been so helpful, kind and flexible as we navigated through this process.

A special thanks to you, Campbell and Jasmine, from me personally. It has been my pleasure to work with you ladies for the past few years.

Meals on Wheels aka Gray Gourmet has provided a priceless service to my parents who are residents of Grand Junction, CO. Despite the fact that I live in Fort Collins, Adrienne and the entire staff has provided timely and caring help to me in my parents behalf. The meals are well prepared, delivered with a smile and are just the right portions for seniors. My Mother, now a widow, enjoys the daily deliveries and looks forward to each and every one. Rudest staff ever! I would never recommend their low quality meals to anyone and when having to deal with issues that arise, the unskilled, unprofessional staff is a nightmare. I will admit some of the volunteer drivers were very courteous - but others were total jerks & one guy actually threatened to "bust my chops" over how the entrance gate was to be opened.
