Great for emergency not so much for things not seen as an emergency. First time I contacted them i needed a sewer line repair. They came and fixed it same day and were amazing. Called them again on September 2nd because if I took a bath it flooded the kitchen below it. They said it would be a couple days. Called two weeks later since I had not heard from them and was told it would be a few days. Called another two weeks later and was told they would try to fit me in the next day. I did not hear from them. I do understand that they prioritize emergencies and they do respond fast to them but it's been a month and I have disabilities where I can not stand for long periods of time and taking a shower instead of a bath is extremely...
