I feel like customer service is on the decline here with the new employees. We've been going here for YEARS, and have always had great experiences and consider Dil and the other employees who have been there for years friends. My boyfriend bought some lotto tickets, and was only given half of them, when he went in to get the others, and they told him they'd have to review tapes? So he waited, no word. Called back, and still no help a week later. IN FACT, he's been hung up on multiple times, and now they are saying they never heard of this, THEN HANG UP.
