Unfortunately I've had a very sick family member I am caring for and I have been unable to step away and call back. I do plan to call back and discuss what happened, hopefully this upcoming week. Not sure what you mean about "differences" of events. I am sharing my experience of what happened. Hopefully you're able to listen to the phone call so you can hear for yourself how I was treated. I could not find the owner contact information anywhere to share my HORRIBLE experience about their phone customer service representative...So I'm posting here in hopes someone can address the terrible treatment I received...I was browsing their website last night and planned to make a purchase tomorrow, but in the meantime I was waiting to receive my discount coupon. Well, what I received was an email telling me to subscribe so I can receive the discount, even though I already subscribed...wth? So I called customer service and explained what happened and got this confused, bumbling and incoherent response about how their system does that and really couldn't follow this women's explanation. I told her my email and she had put me on hold to "check something " and when she came back I was told that she'll have to look into what happened and get back to me and it all depends how many calls she gets and how the day goes...Excuse me? So I'm being put off for other customer calls and I am not valuable enough to take care of my issue right now as a paying customer? Okay. Also, I asked if she could just give me a discount code over the phone and she said she couldn't, and began bumbling incoherently again and then continued into, "thank you goodbye" and HUNG UP IN MY FACE before I could even respond and make sure she has my contact information! I called back immediately and I was ignored. What is going on with this company? This is the weirdest and most unprofessional experience I've ever had on the phone, and they even state in their website, "We are committed to excellent customer service." Really!? I did not get anything like that, and I had a simple issue to fix. I then called back and left a message for their HR department about their customer service representative, so I guess I'll see if they care enough to call me back and fix this horrible experience....

They paint a nice picture of their offerings and seem to have a lot of good items "available" but their customer service is appalling! I have had nothing but trouble with customer service representatives answering simple questions, they recommended me to go online to look up shipping information after I'd called them to get more clarification. They implied that since my order was placed later than the rest, what I'd ordered that had been available at time of shipment had gone to other orders placed before mine, hence the shipping delay excuse. Even after I wanted my order canceled due to such terrible service, the owner Bill reached out to reassured me everything was in stock and ready to ship with exception to an item - I've had multiple shipping delays on items that I'd been told were available and ready to ship. Then upon arrival, items that were supposed to be substituted were not and did not get included in the shipment due to being unavailable yet I was still charged for them and not updated on the status. The worst experience for any customer is to be frustrated about their order and having to deal with a "customer service" company representative that blatantly disregards the customer, doesn't address the issue professionally and sympathetically, doesn't reassure the customer that the issue will be resolved, gives the customer attitude and says "Well I don't know what to tell you" (as the only means of a solace in place of - "I'm sorry, let's make this right") and hangs up on the customer!
People, BEWARE!! This is not a company to invest any of your hard earned money. If I looked into this place sooner, I would've not waisted my time and money. This is a sad disgrace for an establishment to call themselves a business that has such poor standards when it comes to...

When my package hadn't shipped after a week I emailed and they quickly responded stating that my package had been mailed over the weekend, this was a Tuesday. Suddenly I received the automated email with tracking Info, meaning the shipping lable had just been printed at that moment, and shortly after tracking showed that they had, In fact, just dropped it off at the post office in person after emailing me back. Nobody likes being lied to. Would have much rather been told that they were behind rather than lied to. In addition to this, I paid $8 for priority mail shipping in order to receive my seeds quickly for spring planting and they sent my package regular USPS snail mail, which is roughly $2. In other words they lied to me and ripped me off.
I wouldn't spend your money with this business. There's dozens of organic seed suppliers. I would recommend going with one that is honest and forthright. This place is staffed by Shady people with bad business practices.
Edit:In addition, the owner has responded to my review saying I received "free shipping". Another lie. I most definitely PAID for priority mail, and the package was shipped first class, still hasn't arrived,
Edit 2: it's now been over a week from ordering. No package. That's what happens when it's shipped first class and not priority. Also, the package was most definitely shipped on Tuesday, and tracking specifically shows it was handed over the counter and scanned, Tuesday. What businesses try to cover up poor service with l, then cover lies with more lies? Failing ones, hopefully. Guess they forgot these reviews are editable.
