The Gravette Gym — Local services in Gravette

My husband and I have had a gym membership here for a long time now. We have attempted to cancel it a while back but the staff and owners made it extremely difficult to do so... We never got to cancel our membership and actually continue to go workout here. The equipment is extremely dated and NEVER maintenanced. All of the machines need oiled, almost every single padding on the equipment is torn and has not been attempted to be fixed so you will get rubbed raw. It sucks. Don't wear shorts because your poor legs will be scratchy and uncomfortable from the wear and tears on the padding, or lack there of. All the weights are clearly dated, which is fine but the weights are scattered all over the gym and the set up doesnt really make any sense. They have these weird clothing store racks all over the gym and a really strange looking corner with a worn grass mat that screams it's carrying some sort of fungus. They only have one box jumping stool at an extremely short height, and dont even get me started on the lack of cable equipment. I feel like weve been paying for this membership for years and I've expected it to get better, but honestly it's slowly getting worse. There's just stuff everywhere and a total lack of fans. Oh, and I almost forgot that the bathrooms run out of toilet paper often and the water fountain water is hot and tastes like it hasn't had a filter change in a decade. Half of the treadmils glitch out on you and the bike machine foot rests are slanted at an angle so when you start cycling it hits the pole on the bike and is extremely uncomfortable.
