Papa Johns Pizza — Local services in Grayson

BE WARE! DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!!! After messing up my order I called the store and they said they would remake it next time i was in the area since I was already almost home and didn't lIve near the store. Because i don't live near the store the next time i was nearby i called a few months later and they said they would honor it but were backed up by about an hour. I didn't have time to wait so I asked if i could get it next time i was in the area. I was told yes, I could. Fast forward a month later and when I called back they said the GM who made this promise was no longer at the store and would not honor this. I was told I should have had it made same day, that's their policy, even though THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME EITHER TIME I CALLED. I called Papa John's hotline to file a complaint. I was told it would take 48 hours to resolve and would receive a call back from the store. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF CONTINUALLY CALLING THE HOTLINE DUE TO NO CALL BACK OR RESOLUTION FROM THE STORE ONE REP FROM THE HOTLINE SAID THERE WAS A NOTE FROM THE STORE STATING THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE ORDER. I ASKED FOR THE GM TO CALL ME AND AFTER THE REP CALLED THE STORE THE GM SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK AT 230PM. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I CALLED THE HOTLINE BACK TO REPORT THIS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS. SO THEY CHANGED THEIR POLICY FROM SAME DAY TO 30 DAYS?!?! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THE POLICY OR THEY WILL CHANGE IT AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT OR CALL YOU BACK. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO PAPA...

I ordered a stuffed crust, double pepperoni pizza (plus more, total was almost $50). When we got home, that pizza had no pepperoni at all. When we called the store, the only option we were given was to bring the pizza in for them to see and they would remake upon seeing the pizza. We live about 15 minutes from the store so I asked if there were any other options, like sending a photo and getting store credit, the answer was no. The manager refused to speak to me, and was talking through another employee. All of my pizzas were dried out and we essentially wasted $50. Will not be using this...

Ordered over $50 in pizza, wings, and papadia on the app. Sent someone to pick it up 40 minutes away and when they got back no wings and no papadia. Also, asked for light cheese on one of the pizza and it had like 2 pieces of cheese. Called to find out what happened they hung up on me, called back and she said well it’s sitting here, I said you didn’t give it to us and she said whatever I’ll refund your money then hung up on me. Suffice to say never...
