Smith Dungeon — Local services in Grayson

The owner hung up on me after making a call asking for a card and I tried calling back a few times. He he is out to make money and does not care about fair market value prices. I even did a test and asked for the price of a card that has not been sold in a long time and he does not want to even lower the price by 10 cents. I got upset when I think he called me a racial slur due to my ethnicity (I have a strong accent over the phone) and I hope others know the true nature of this store and how they most likely discriminated against me. Will not recommend them, the racial slur I think I heard over the phone was the last straw. At the very least say you will lower the price of a barely used card that is not competitive...

This is easily the best shop I've ever been to. The people here are awesome to start, but the employees here are the best kind of people. Shaun and Becky are both amazing people and they offer good prices, a great selection, awesome events and are willing to carry just about anything that people show interest in. They aren't greedy like many other owners and they truly want you to thrive and have a great time there. I doubt you will find a better gaming environment...

I’ve been to quite a few gaming shops over the years, most being bad experiences and dealing with douches, but smiths wholly changed my outlook, the staff were so nice and helpful with any questions I had trying to get into mtg, helped me in picking a commander deck, and just an all around nice clean place with a killer atmosphere. I think I’ve found my place to shop and play at. It has to be good, I never write google reviews...
