If you are looking for a contractor to do anything, find someone else. Garry started siding my house on October 18th and finished February 10th. At most it should have taken no more than a month. I gave him $6,000 on November 28th and the following two weeks next to nothing was accomplished. Around December 16th, I asked if he was going to show up. He told me he could not complete the job because his crew was wasted and he fired them. To bring in another siding company was going to be very expensive. On January 13th, I asked him to complete the job since we do have a contract and if it could be completed by January 23rd. He said yes. If he would have been on the job site instead of dropping his crew off and leaving, maybe this could have been avoided. For months, I waited for him to finish so my excavators could dig a trench for my electrical conduit.

Quality issues became apparent almost on day one. The corner returns were not level and all over the place, boards and battens were cut too short and nails were randomly placed, instead of aligned next to each other. He offered to fix any issues but trim is expensive and there was already too much waste from them. Even what was fixed is still poorly done. The installation of the trim makes contact with the roof and the cement on my patio. The installation instructions clearly states that there should be a one inch gap. He offered to fix it, but it would require more trim and at this point I just wanted to conclude our business. I will be spending a lot of time and money correcting his mistakes.

He will blame everyone but himself for the poor quality and the inexcusably long time frame. There was no completion date on the contract which he reminded me, but the house was not completed in a timely manner whatsoever.

Needless to say the conclusion of our business did not end well. I returned the next day, only to find my new concrete patio has severe damage on it from when they removed the platforms from his scaffolding. He tried to blame it on other contractors, but they were the only ones that worked back there since October and the damage obviously came from them. One area is very deep, as if they went back and forth with the platform and ground the end if it into concrete. I consider this to be vandalism and there is really no way to correct the damage. It would slow the internet down if I posted all the pictures I have of the poor quality. I am posting a few just to give a general idea of his work.

He did a good job with the remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom to give credit where credit is due he knows his stuff when doing a good job im talking about Gary the owner himself he knows his stuff but however my complaints are he's rude and loud mouthed and very arrogant his workers were something out of the 3 stooges they didn't know how to install my toilet or bathroom sink properly not to mention they broke the base of the sink during the remodeling and they didn't know how to properly install a dishwasher it cost me more money out of my pocket he got the job done he's not bad but not great either I sorely blame his choice of workers mainly I would use him again maybe but I know others locally in the chattanooga area close to downtown chattanooga that would be a little more courteous and professional in speech and actions so use with caution people Note a tip for you Gary screen your workers a little more carefully and tone down the attitude and you'll be a great asset to the chattanooga area food for thought and ...

Great work fixing a balcony but needed a leak fixed. The leak was never fixed after 20k spent. If they fixed the initial problem they would get a higher rating but spending that kind of money it looks like the problem would be solved. It was not and the no show at times, when they say they'll meet. They were actually supposed to be here today 7/24/23 at 10am and was a no a show nor call..Done with this bunch. You can find much better services than this crew. I'd recommend Ransom or Langley atleast they show up when they say they will.
