This was our 2nd time coming into this shop. Our first experience was great, the staff was knowledgeable. However we came in last night close to closing time and my spouse was asking to be pointed in the direction of a very terpy concentrate, something that had a good flavor and was strong. He was directed to this container right here. It was smell less and taste less. A complete waste of $40 to be honest. I called to let Kyle (he said he was the person in charge atm) and he apologized that we did not like it, but expressed there was NOTHING he could do. I go back and forth with what I think about The Smoking Bong. Some experiences have been great other times, not so much. I do believe their flower/bud is not very potent. I usually only mildly feel the effects and it doesn't matter which flower I buy... And don't get me started about the cough I get smoking anything they have (even top shelf). Their flower just doesn’t seem as smooth as I expect it to be. It also is always dried out and crunchy. It's almost as if it's not being stored correctly with the humidity in the store.
