Scott Van Lanen was the MOST important/main part of my Father selling his home during a VERY difficult time in his life and our family's life. Coming from the real estate industry myself, I cannot express how grateful I am for Scott. Not only did he act very professional and detailed though the entire transaction, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of my family. In this industry, Scott stands out to me. Not only was he "TOP NOTCH" in taking care of the transaction, he exceeded way beyond that, he takes care of his clients on "a human" level which is hands down AMAZING, and many times rare in this business. Shane Renard sold our home day 1! His advice was solid... Empty the home of most personalized items, clear the counter tops, and absolutely no mess or clutter... get it ready for the hired photographer (to post on the websites).

We did the "homework". Shane asked for paperwork, signatures, etc., and we were expected to be timely. We were timely, which made the process smooth and fast for all parties. Shane answered every question we had and supported our decisions, as well as our apprehensions. He's practical, realistic, and down-to-earth. This guy told us the truth, even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear... But we NEEDED to hear.

We downsized to a smaller home and Shane helped us find that home, understanding the style and wants we loved as well as hated. We closed on both homes at the same time, without a catch. He kept the lines of communication open during the selling and buying process.
