Twice now I've showed up for a DH and the load is not ready. I've sat 20 hours both times because the load hasn't been "billed out". They made me wait an entire day while they do their QC check. Why? Why do they tell a company to arrive on a specific day when they know it won't be ready until the next? Never coming back!

Also, the driveway is narrow and your truck will be damaged because there are no shoulders, only canyons on both sides of the road. Cheap uncaring shipper won't even throw some gravel down for the folks that are providing a valuable service for them. Shows they don't...

Wanted to give 0 stars but I gave 1 star due to the swing shift guard and receptionist at plant 2. This place is seriously a joke it's taken so far 18hrs to get loaded and guess what still not loaded. They need to figure out a better workflow system because that union mess doesn't work for the driver's. Never have I ever been to a Tyson this freaking slow. Driver's PLEASE stay away from here not worth it you're going to lose 2days of work time and money fooling around...

I would have given five stars if the yard jockey hadn't been so disrespectful he needs to check in at the office. Everybody else was very nice. Very fast loading.
