So we just left this Sonic unhappy. We we're passing through and said hey it's happy time at Sonic .We drive in at 355 not busy at all. My husband pushes the red button . After a few minutes someone finally a lady came on and said can I help you. So we order our drinks .The total was almost 10 dollars for the 3 of our drinks .My husband says ma'am is it not happy hour as we looked at the time it was 400. The lady said no it just ended .we said how it's 4 o'clock . We said nevermind. I asked to speak to a manager then I said you know what. Nevermind. Well my husband says no I am gonna tell the manager just what happened. Well we pull back up to our original spot and my husband pushes the button .Can we speak to a manager .Well a minute or so here she came with a head set he explained the situation and what had happened. While he was explaining all this she was all over my husband's truck. Well all she said was she was sorry and what not. No I don't want anything free but I will make it know that if it's 4 o'clock at this Sonic you will not get your half price drinks. I could see if it was our fault bc we didn't get there in time but we were there 5 minutes before we were even spoken too. Slow service, cold food, lack of communication, and one car hop, a girl with brightly colored hair is ALWAYS rude, impatient and snappy, for no reason at all. Tonight their drive through was empty, and there were three cars in the stalls and they still took 20 minutes to bring me a bag of ice. I hate having to come here. Most of the time I will drive out of my way to the Berryville location to get food from Sonic because I know it'll be fresh, fast, and they're always polite and patient even when they have a line of cars waiting in the drive through. The managers either don't care about their employees lack of customer service and their severe lack of urgency on getting their orders out the door or they choose to ignore it. There's no reason for the way this location operates and its pretty ridiculous. I'm not someone that usually takes the time to even write bad reviews about places because I usually don't care and I understand that everyone has bad days, but it is ALWAYS like this and it's annoying to...

The guy who took our order was mumbling so bad we could barely understand him. He sounded like he hated his job. My husband ordered a chili cheese coney with extra onions. He opened his coney and there were no onions, our carhop, Cassidy immediately apologized and went to get him onions. While he was waiting he went to take a bite and the hot dog was completely cold. It wasnāt even a little warm. At that point we asked for the manager. He came out, we are assuming it is the same kid who took our order. Again he was mumbly and sounded like he did not want to be there at all! My husband just asked for a double cheeseburger instead of them reheating his coney. I ordered a burger, it was fine. But my tator tots had soggy fried pickles mixed in. For someone who hates pickles, it completely ruined the tots.
