Dunegrass Co. - TC West — Local services in Green Lake Township

So, I walk in prior to closing by about 25/30 minutes to pick up a single cart. No more, no less. The service was oddly rushed and very cold, I understand that to a degree with it being so close to closing time but when I left the store I noticed my cart was quite literally a over a quarter of the way empty inside the packaging.

Drip cart containers have a window in the packaging for this purpose.

So the guy threw in an empty cart (not before me asking about a cart return policy, if one existed, having ran into two duds in the prior week from ANOTHER dispo) and then got stand-offish when I returned to the establishment; essentially just throwing me another (which did work, mind you) and turning me away with a "Well, when you buy it, that's on you".

No man, that's not how that works. Don't hit me with "You can't bring open packaging into the establishment" as a deterrent for me getting what I paid you for. The fact you didn't notice it was a quarter empty and STILL SOLD IT TO ME Is telling. Have fun being the dispo that sells bum carts and gets an attitude with customers simply wanting what they paid for. I'll drive to Kalkaska instead....

Love this store! Everyone is awesome! I know I can get in and get out when I am in a hurry, with no hold ups! I can about 96 percent of the time get what I am looking for and they always offer my points to me and that is the best! Great job folks! New thought, just left, it's Monday...customer appreciation day....only reason I stopped, I am here often, wasn't offered the deal for my 33 percent off, which I ALWAYS have been, was a new gal never seen before. Everybody at the store is awesome super friendly super helpful I enjoy going in there and they've helped me learn what products are what I'm looking for to help with my inflammation from arthritis and my pain from cancer treatment and the memory loss LOL. But anyways they're awesome! And the prices fall in between the cheaper store downtown that I have to drive to and use gas to get there and the more expensive stores that are a little further west of me. I live close to the TC West store. So thanks guys keep doing a great job, I like coming to your store!!!!!...
