I am only posting this because I feel like everyone should know this before moving to green level or maybe someone in green level feels the same way as I do and if so you are not alone. To start I moved to Green Level a year ago and have not had a pleasant experience with the people that make up the green level office at the town hall Susanne the lady that answers the phone and accepts payments has the least amount of customer service etiquette a person can have she is rude and uncaring, they swear up an down they care about their residents when all she cares about is if your are handing over money. First your water bill is as high as a light bill if not higher in this town and there is absolutely no leniency on this bill you can not set it up to be paid automatically or set up arrangements the administrator of the town Mr Galloway suggested to me that I could make arrangements for ths 3rd when I followed up on this he then stated it was against the "laws of green level" why suggest it in the first place-false hope I guess again not a person of his word I have complained about susannes behavior not once has she apologized or acknowledged I felt disrespected by her as a person, again I know I am only one voice but I do have other issues trash cans, general help from this office is hard to come by if can move somewhere else do so. They dont deserve the one star just had to give one star in order to write a review they need a new crew completely for the town, the guys that come out and do the work are ver pleasant however, and speak every time I see them but the people in the office they need to change that crew quickly I know they are others that feel the same I hope they read this and add their comments or concerns and maybe something can be done about it when we all comment talking to my neighbors I know I'm not the only that...
Read moreTown of Greenlevel Beware We moved in last year around July of 2022. We’ve been getting bills regularly every month. Well we received this outrageous bill for $1,606 I called to get clarification and the answer was “You were only being billed a flat fee, but not for the actual water usage all these months”. I was told I’d get a call back to “see what they could do”. No call back and it’s been since Tuesday. So what exactly have I been paying for all these months ? Also, it’s almost been a year and you didn’t realize “this mistake” on your behalf until now. Very unprofessional. People don’t just have $1,606 laying around to spend on something so ridiculous. This is outrageous and I still am waiting for this to be handled and corrected.
In October GL came out and was messing with my water meter said it wasnt reading properly and it was crooked ...lol it has been like that for 5 years and for a house with 2 people and go to the laundry mat because of the water bill my bill is already 70.00 plus and since they fix it up my bill jumped up a additional 50.00 makes no sense and cant get a answer I have a neighbor with 3 people 4 bedroom washes several loads a day and use dishwasher they're bill is a...
