Mohican Haunted Schoolhouse — Local services in Green Township

I read the reviews that were bad/disappointing and almost let it sway me.. I’m only writing this review to help anyone else who’s reading those and is debating going or not… GO!!! Holy cow I am a haunted house/horror ADDICT and this fed every single hunger I had for the spine tingling, skin crawling, hair raising good stuff 👻 the ONLY critique I had was it was raining and there isn’t much coverage on the outside line. We did get a bit wet but they move fast. Kudos for the extra security of a metal detector! ALSO, super impressed with the props, and the actors. There were so many scare actors around every corner and they did such a good job. They really put on a good show & for how many haunts I’ve been to this year that I’ve said “man this was the best!!” THIS HAUNT takes the freaking cake!!!! So.. stop questioning if this haunted house is worth it. I promise it is. I got one photo the entire time.. but didn’t care. Didn’t even look at my phone. Did I add this haunt is like 40 minutes...

I won't be back. Stood in line for three and a half hours. In a crowded auditorium listening to grown adults fight and argue and try to cut in front of each other . Adults sitting and laying on the floor refusing to move when the line moved . Not to mention I don't think anyone in that place had showered in over a week . all you could smell was foul B/O . When you finally get inside the haunted House it only takes about 20 to 25 minutes to completely walk through it. And most of the actors had a hard time staying in character . The only thing that place had going for it was some of the cool decorations while you were waiting in line. And some of the spots inside the haunted House we're really detailed. But none of it was worth the three and a half hour wait and listening to grown adults fight and argue like they were on the Jerry Springer show . Was visiting from out of town and wanted to do a haunted house. After doing some searching the Mohican Haunted Schoolhouse seemed to fit what we were looking for. We decided to go on a damp Saturday evening and purchased tickets online. Parking was really easy and there were local police present outside. Once inside the check-in was easy. The line forms inside so there is no need to worry about inclement weather. I have been to some major haunted house productions in old prisons and mental institutions over the last few decades, and I have to say this place was AWESOME! I rarely get started by the actors, but one guy got me twice! Actors are great, place is done up with plenty of visual effect, overall amazing plus the price is not that bad for what you are getting. There is one section near the end you do go outside for a bit so that would be the only spot to worry about...
