2 years ago I left a 5 star review for the alignment on my C7 Corvette!! The tech that did that work is no longer there, Very different experience this week with my C8 Corvette, They were unable to properly complete the job, however charging me extra for it anyhow. I was surprised to learn that they did not have a GM resource to guide them. When I returned home the fist day, Car was there 3 days for an alignment, I searched the GM service manual and discovered what they had done wrong on the rear of the car and why it was taking them so long. I then forwarded that information to them in hopes that this would give them the information they needed to finish the alignment. I was contacted by the manager at lunch time today and told that they were not able to align it to the Factory Specs. Also they needed the rack for 3 other customers and that I needed to come and get the car. I was then presented with a $330 bill for what is listed as a $129 alignment. When I looked at the alignment printout I saw that they had the right front close to correct however the left front is way off. 5.2 castor rather than the 8.0 degrees that is called for. Camber was set to 3.4 rather than the 3.0 that is called for in the owners manual and GM service manual.Manager listed several different excuses focused on her saying that you are not supposed to set caster on the rear. I asked her if she had read the GM paperwork that stated how to set the rear castor and that it had to be done. She said she had not read it but continued to very politely argue about. Was not willing to look or listen to what GM called for. I have spent $460 on my 2 trips there I now need to find another alignment shop and pay them to properly do the work. So...

I completely trust the mechanic work done as they freely showed me the dangerous problem. I realize not all things can be illustrated, but as a new customer it was reassuring that I wasn't being taken advantage of, because I was ignorant of the situation. It has been a few weeks and the repairs are still working solidly. My husband checked the price of the needed parts on line and their price was very similar. He also checked the general fee for the labor on this type of job and it also matched. Pricing and Fees are in line with what you should expect. I believe they are a good and caring business who take great care to do things correctly and give you honest feedback. They know how important safe transportation is and work as a partner to keep...

Got a hole in our back tire while heading down the interstate. We pulled off immediately, and have never been happier to stumble across a hidden gem!

The people were fast, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to help get us back on the road, including allowing our pets to wait inside in their ac and taking me to get the tire when they didn't have one our size.

I wish them all the best and will recommend them to anyone who's looking to get their car worked on. I've never had better customer service or been met by such kind people at a business, and I can't stop...
