I received my first order from CHP and I'm thrilled! I got the heavyweight double brushed poly and stretch sweatshirt fleece, as well as the sample pack of fabrics. I will definitely be ordering again! Very quick turn around time, and colors are printed true to the photos online. I highly recommend the sample pack especially! It's only $5, allowing you to feel the fabrics in person, and see how the logo prints on each base, which gives you a better idea of what to expect when you order other designs. Some bases naturally print lighter, based on fiber content. The range of fabrics offered by Carriage House Printery is impressive, as well as the quality of the fabrics! Both pieces I made have been washed and worn for two months, and the colors still look like the day they arrived. I've had minimal pilling on the sweatshirt fleece, and no pilling at all on the heavyweight DBP. The DBP is going to be my new go to fabric for leggings! Amazing stretch recovery, nice bright colors, and thick enough for a bottom weight garment without saggy knees. I have also searched everywhere for a stretch sweatshirt fleece that is fuzzy on the inside, and this is it! I was hoping to at least find a solid in an acceptable color, but the fact that you can also print any design just takes it to the next level. Love Carriage...

I placed an online order with this company expressing urgent express service. First correspondence said they will forward to the person who will help and it will go out overnight after printer. 2 days NO response. Then Shannon emails me back trying to help with designs that she claims are not seamless which they most definitely were. This was not my first rodeo printing fabric. following day (suppose to be express) after I resent all the files she responds as if we are starting all over and claims the new files dont work. that is probably because she was not even in her office. Then I CALL Kendra the girl who was suppose to respond to me after I initially placed the order, said Shannon is out of the office for the afternoon. Does Shannon work?!?! I knew right then and there my order was not going to be ready to ship in the timely fashion I asked and paid for. I wasted a bunch of time dealing with this company and would suggest working with SANO designs over this company who lacks so much customer service and fabric knowledge. I have always heard good things about Carriage House Printery but did not have a good experience. I ordered custom fabric with plenty of time before Easter but still hadn't gotten a shipping notification the week of Easter, so I contacted them and let them know it was for Easter and that I didn't really have a use for the fabric after Easter because it was very Easter-themed. I asked for an eta on when the fabric would be shipped. She said she would rush it and get it out the next day. But I didn't get a shipping notification the next day, so I followed up, and there was radio silence. As others have said, they essentially stopped communicating. I contacted them again a couple of days after that and said that if it hadn't been printed yet I wanted to cancel my order because there was no way it would get there before Easter. No response. Then the next day it shipped. Still no response, and of course I didn't get it in time for Easter. Nor did they cancel my order as requested.
