Tim was awesome! I called at 11:30am on Saturday and he told me they closed at noon so I tried my best but didn't get there until 11:55. He found my battery, took his time to properly and professionally put it in and didn't finish until 12:25... not once did he show any kind of frustration that he was working past closing time. Customer service at its best..

He also offered me multiple price points for my replacement battery. He didn't push the more expensive option and try to upsell. The OEM replacement battery was $75 cheaper here than Advanced/AutoZone.
