Man you guys have an absolutely amazing guy at your greenfield location. His name is edwin. He is hands down the best autozone person i have ever delt with (theres been alot). I have a commercial account with you guys. He spent almost 3 hours helping me last night diagnose a squeeky pully on my truck. He was kind....patient and one of the very few whom actually knew his stuff. Im very handy myself. But it was nice to have a second opinion from someone who actually knew what he was talking about. This dude deserves a raise. I insisted he took a 20$ tip for all he did for me. Even though he declined. You guys have something special with him. Truly a great experience over all. There was an issue with a return on a part from my commercial account being my home store is keene nh. The computer wouldnt let me return the part in greenfield for some reason. I dont make it to keene often anymore so he offered to drive the part up ON HIS DAY OFF and return it for me in keene. He just called me and said it was done and i could retrieve my money tomorrow when he works again. I cant say enough how pleased i am with how kind and just over-all the way he treated me. Please make sure he gets something out of all this. Just a great human who cares about his job and made sure he made my experience as pain free as possible. Read moreI have gone to Auto Zone for years and always found exactly what I was looking for. Their prices are on par with other similar auto parts stores in the area, but the hours they are open seem to be more than the other stores, which makes them more convenient for my needs. They're always ready to help, and their site is well stocked, clean, and nicely laid out. Whether you're looking for specific auto parts, oil products, or car care items, they have it all. 5/6/24 Update: I stopped in to buy a new cabin filter for my car, I gave the guy the exact number, which he put in their computer and gave me what he said was it's equivalent. Well, after driving 6 miles home, I found that he actually gave me the wrong one. I drove back, found the same guy, told him it was the wrong one, and he seemed pissed that in bothering him with a problem he created. He looked up the number again and said they didn't have it and gave me a refund without a simple "I'm, sorry." I ended up going to O'Reilly's, where they gave me the right one and actually thanked me for stopping in. Those guys are where I'm brining my business from now on. Word for word “hey, a young person question for you, how many inappropriate photos of yourself do you have on your phone” loud enough so we can hear from the back of the store. And then proceeded to talk about taking inappropriate pictures in lingerie talking about how once someone is 18 it’s all fine. He was no younger than 37 I would guess.
The man then was yelling to his other co worker who was on break, about some “weird questions he’s gotta ask when we (my family) leave”. Most likely because of the glare I was giving him. For being gross
I do not know the work dynamic here, if he’s a manager or not. But he seemed to be the one telling others what to do. I felt very uncomfortable there with him talking about these non work related topics, and honestly fear for any female that has to work or even be around him.
