Let me start by saying, I try a LOT of donuts. There are some dead giveaways when a place is highly likely to be good and this place has SEVERAL.

The menu is not too big, not too overdone, there are staples and the donuts need not be extra fancy to be mind-blowing because they're actually good.

There are fancy options too.

The prices are on par with other good donuts and I love when places don't hike prices just because they have an amazing, coveted product.

These fine people know and exemplify a beautiful difference between yeast and cake donuts and I love them for it.

The decor is 10/10. Reminds me of several other places (a couple in Maine and one in Tennessee) and honestly, it's a vibe and made me so confident.

Maybe the most important thing to me - the people (family??) Here were SO FREAKING NICE. like, top tier green flag energy, I wish I could be part of their holidays.

Okay okay all that to say the donuts are FIIIIIRRRREEEE. There was not one donut that I could offer criticism for. The jelly filled were uniquely and distinctly flavored. The frosting was thiccccc and packed with flavor and left no yucky film in my mouth. The moisture, softness, and overall texture experience in these donuts was SUPERB. Let alone the flavor. I knew what I was eating.

This place is genuinely 10/10 based on experience, vibes, staff and donuts alone. I might have to try other things here but even if they did everything else wrong they are absolutely slaying...

Been coming to Adams since I was a kid, and while I realize the ownership has changed a few times, I certainly couldn’t tell this last trip. I ordered ahead and got a half dozen of the classics. Literally drove almost two hours just for them, and they were gone within an hour of receiving. My oh my, was I absolutely pleased. I had remembered them doing maple adorned donuts when I was a kid, but these surpassed. The honey dip was a donut to tell every single person about and when I come back, I will be taking home just a dozen of these alone. I think that speaks volumes, the simplest flavor was my absolute favorite. The base of the donut is beautiful. The air nearly perfect inside each bite, the base donut flavor is light, not overly “lardy” like so many donuts struggle with. Each one a perfect size and fairly uniform, despite all being different flavors. The buttercream is definitely on the sweeter side and less on the butter side, but no points deducted. Like I said, I will be back, just as I always have, and u til then I will dream of...

I am a NJ native and ever since moving to Mass in 2012 I have always bragged about how great Jersey bagels were but could never find a place close by that have fresh warm delicious bagels like Jersey. (Especially in greenfield) My daughter got a plain bagels with cream cheese this morning and I was so jealous I didn’t get one! I’m so grateful we have a place within walking distance that we can get good bagels at. Donuts are always delicious as well. The ONLY downside is that it seemed empty inside and could be more inviting. The display cases were half filled, old decorations and only 2 tables inside for people to sit. I think if they improved the atmosphere, this place would...

Drove 2 hours to try the Donuts and Fritter, definitely was worth it. The service here was great. The Donuts were soft, fluffy, and smelled so good. The Blueberry cake made my car smell amazing. The apple fritter I got was fresh out the back, it wasn't as crisp as I expected but it was amazing and one of the best I've had. The cinnamon swirl was so soft and good, I usually prefer the rolls with icing of the swirls but these were good enough for me. Would definitely consider driving 2 hours again for the fritter and donuts.

Used to live down here and stop in whatever I can. Been six or eight years since the last time and it’s done nothing but get better. The Apple fritters are still the best in the world (I just rode 200+ miles for one) and the coffee is perfect. Richie behind the counter is a wicked cool kid, hardworking and gives me hope for the future. Greets everyone as they come in like a friend. The Coast Guard will be lucky to have you. Keep at it!!
