Furniture 4 Less Outlet — Local services in Greenfield

I went into this store years ago, just to look. Found a bed in their magazines, fell in love with it. Me and my husband decided to buy it. Little did we know this store is a nightmare. They wanted us to give different amounts of payments for different months, which didn't seem right to me. The young man that was dealing with us, had no say in what was happening. He would blame another section in the store, I'm guessing the financing? Idk. So they deliver the nice bed, but they broke a piece in the front. Making the bed wobbly. We told them and they said they could either fix it or compensate us. We wanted the bed fixed. But they never went to fix the broken piece. We decided to give the bed back and lose $300, so that we wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. And the icing on the cake..! When they went to go pick up the bed, they were late! They got there at 9pm. This place sucks. I would never go back. I recommend a family owned furniture store in salinas, named Espinoza's furniture. I took my sister in law to buy bedroom set, after paying for it we decided later on it was over priced so called in and found out that if you dont order the full set they still charge you for it and they only give you what you asked for. Talk about stealing from a costumer. Make sure you buy full set or ask 100 times before buying. Sister in law was getting txt that she over draft and when she called ahe found out that the guy had charged us twice for the furniture. He said he did not notice and of course it didnt show up on recipe. Thank God the bank told her and she called. I DONT recommend this place at all. Great service. They made an order for me and had it on hold till i was able to receive the furniture. They were very patient with me and my situation. (Moved into a new home but original owners kept on postponing the date id get the keys) i highly recommend doing business with them :D
