Hole in the wall bakery that also sells food and drinks Lady seem very nice, great customer service smells good! Ordered tacos and tortas! They also has a large pot in the back cooking tamales ( pressure pot) To-go food( can’t sit down)

Worked down the road a few years back and after trying just about every restaurant in town i decided this was the best in town and i would stop before work and during lunch every day for a few months. I definitely gained some weight when i was on that jobsite even working in the heat out there but it was worth every bite! now every time I take a road trip its a must to stop by and get a burrito and/or tamales not sure when they close but they are open early so it always works out for road trips. I passed through at 6 am this morning morning on my way to aneheim with the family to get breakfast burritos and bread most likely stopping by again when we head back home. My 1st time going out there a few years back my GPS took me behind the building for some reason and if you dont know what your looking for its easy to pass it since the cars parked on the street block the sign...

Driving back to LA from San fran and got off the 101 to get some quick food, and stumbled upon this gem. The food was so delicious 😋 I got a chorizo 🌯 and on the first bite I was in such disbelief of how tasty it was, i had to run back in and buy more food!! (Also in LA, burritos are 13 bucks but nowhere near the size of this burrito, it was massive and filling.) I then ordered a chili relleno plato, and a tamale to go, which were just as delicious 🤤 Coming from LA where there's so much good Mexican food, best of the best, this place literally knocked them all out of the water, there in a league of their own. They really should consider expanding to LA, They'd make a killing. Will definitely always stop off here while on the road, and wish I could try every dish they...

Driving through the agricultural valley, rows and rows of leafy greens open to the morning sun. People in the distance with wide brimmed hats bending over crops, trailing behind a sun bleached trailer. Harvesting before the sun gets too high in the sky. A Mexican flag waves proudly in the distance.

Your stomach churns. Maybe stopping for breakfast here would be a good idea, especially if you’ve just developed a craving for huevos rancheros. You pull up google maps and read the reviews for El Tamaloso. You’re convinced and pull off the 101 to authentic, affordable, downright delicious huevos rancheros, huevos con chorizo and impossibly fresh, hand made tortillas so fragrant the smell fills the car.

In that moment, All is good...
