Robbins Village Florist was completely unwilling to find a way, or go out of the way, to deliver a sympathy bouquet to my Aunt whom just lost her husband. The road was reportedly closed and they didn't want to make the effort to travel around to go in the back way or find how the residents were accessing their homes. They were very unprofessional on the phone and expected me to call my grieving Aunt for directions. No heart and extremely poor...

Twice now this florist has absolutely knocked it out of the park with their customer service, and prices. I would highly encourage anyone to shop here first every time. it’s the only place you will need to go for flowers. They absolutely killed it with my daughter’s surprise flower delivery to school for her birthday, and absolutely made her day.
