Very cold funeral home and I'm not talking about the temperature. Names spelled wrong in obituary after we were asked how we wanted it spelled. The picture boards were moved the day of funeral and no lighting. We had to use our flashlights from cell phones to see them. We had food brought in from family and was not told about it.
