Snappy Tomato Pizza — Restaurant in Greensburg

I just ordered delivery like 5 minutes ago. It was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. The pizza dough was so flat and soggy, you couldn’t lift up a piece without everything falling off. It was just dangling there with nothing but sauce on it because all of the toppings fell off. This isn’t the first time they’ve either messed up on an order or it’s just been terrible but this is the first time I’m leaving a review because every time it just gets worse and worse. They have fallen off bad over the past couple of years and every time I go in person, it’s dirty and disgusting, the salad is always rotten, there’s one girl in particular there, idk if she’s the manager or not but she’s always EXTREMELY RUDE. They just need to shut down and figure out something until they can figure out how to properly run the place. I was in the bathroom one time there and there was roaches crawling all around the toilet. I had to run out of there. Me & my sister come here ALL THE TIME. i’ve loved this place since i was 6. the new older lady is just giving off mean girl vibes honestly. i repeated to her several times what we wanted & she just kept asking questions which it wasn’t a complicated order. i don’t ever do reviews bc i am a waitress & understand people aren’t the same & they make mistakes but this is the SECOND time i have saw this lady & not only did she get my order wrong she made us come up front to get pizza not to mention it was for DINE IN. that might not sound like a big deal but we’ve always had it brought to us until she started working here. i asked for 2 personal pans & only recieved one. not to point fingers at anyone directly but my sister saw a BUG on her plate & the silverware was NASTY. i LOVE all of the other workers, but she has done it for me. Made an order online got there and store was closed due to technical difficulties on their part. Had already paid in full so to say I was a little upset is to say the least. But the owner called me almost immediately after I emailed. Got a full refund. Gave me her personal cell number just in case I had further issues. I have had various issues with various restaurants.
